Production Process

Our company adopts the ductile iron production process to ensure stable and reliable product quality. The specific process flow is as follows:

Raw Material Preparation:Select high-quality pig iron, scrap steel, and other raw materials, and equip with rare earth magnesium alloys and other spheroidizing agents and inoculants.

Melting and Spheroidization Treatment:Melt the raw materials into molten iron at high temperatures and add spheroidizing agents for a chemical reaction, transforming the graphite form from flake to spherical. Strictly control the chemical composition and temperature of the molten iron to ensure spheroidization effectiveness.

Inoculation Treatment:Add inoculants to the molten iron to further refine the matrix structure, improving the strength and toughness of the cast iron.

Pouring and Molding:Pour the treated molten iron into pre-prepared molds, allowing it to solidify and form the desired castings through cooling.

Post-Processing and Quality Control:Perform cleaning, heat treatment, polishing, machining inspection, and other post-processing steps on the castings to ensure product quality meets standard requirements. At the same time, implement strict quality control measures, monitoring the entire process from raw material selection to finished product delivery.
